  1. Wash and pat dry your chicken thighs. Saute thighs in minced garlic and butter on each side until light brown to sear in the juices. Place the thighs and garlic into the crockpot, cover them with a good amount of honey, oregano, and basil.
  2. Caramelize your onions in the same pan and now place the carmelized onions on top of the thighs Cover the crockpot and turn to simmer or low for 3-4 hrs.
