You can fill your bowl to the rim with the French Onion soup, and eat every bit!
The French Onion soup is full of caramelized onions that add a deep rich flavor, however this meal is light as there is no cream or heaviness to the soup.
When your onions and butter are perfectly brown and caramelized, and the soup is bubbly and ready to eat slice your cheese. Ladle your soup into bowls, and lay one or two slices into the soup. The cheese will melt and be gooey and super delicious in each bite!
