  • Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter muffin tins.  In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and baking powder.  Add GRANOLA MIX and brown sugar. Stir well.  
  • In a small bowl, combine the egg, milk, and oil.  Add all the dry ingredients at once. Stir until just moistened; the batter should be lumpy.  Fill the prepared muffin pans 2/3 full.  Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.  It makes 12 large gruffin muffins.
