Savory Beef on Noodle

Savory Beef on Noodle or Beef of Face is what we called it when we were kids.

A favorite nickname for a dish that was a family staple for us for many many years, we literally ate this at least once a week.

The dish was cost effective, and would fill up those ravenous teenagers.

You see mom always served a salad, bread, side dishes, main course and dessert with every meal, I mean no wonder I luv food so much!!

The savory beef on noodles met all the food group requirements for her, as it has the beef for protean, the pea pods for a vegetable and the noodles as a filler.

Now when I just have a sandwich in front me on my dinner plate, I feel somewhat lost, Lol.

These days when I make the savory beef on noodles, I serve it nice and piping hot with the crunchy pea pods on top and those delicious buttery noodles under all that savory beef and sauce.

Beef on egg noodles is full of flavor and comfort. The beef is fork tender along with the firm mushrooms and deep flavorful sauce full or soy sauce and garlic flavors.

When this is served on a bed of buttery egg noodles you have a full hearty meal.

Add in the side salad and hot French bread, and your all set, to dig in , eat and feel very satisfied.
