Hi, my name is Nancy, and I am the owner of Long Ears Farm located on the Western Slope of Colorado. I have owned and operated Long Ears Farm for 10 years now. Both as an animal sanctuary and a place I can share my Joy of Country cooking using tried and true family recipes. My other goal is to provide a home for animals in need, you will find dogs, donkeys, and horses.
